Anakku yang pintar


semakin hari semakin aku bersyukur kepada Allah swt atas karunia-Nya yaitu seorang anak laki2 yang tiap hari gemesin..
Keenan anak yang lucu dan punya kepribadian. Klo kata papanya,keenan anak yg berkarakter. Tentunya smua anak memiliki kelebihan masing2,tp krn keenan anakku jd pastinya cuma dia yang aku perhatiin. Dr gerak geriknya,tingkah lakunya,cara bicara,cara memperhatikan orang,cara dekat/bermain...ohhh it's so nice to see him in any situation. No words cud describe how happy i am.
Kesempatan untuk mjd fulltime mom sangat membahagiakan sekali,krn kita bisa melihat perkembangan si bos unyil ini each day. Kdg kita terkaget2 dgm kepintaran2nya...
Dalam hati aku cuma bisa berucap "terima kasih ya Allah nikmat ini sungguh nikmat sekali" melebihi apapun.
Apalg saat keenan tertidur lelap,muka lugunya itu bikin orang jd gemes dan maunya cium pipinya trus.
Mama doakan keenan menjadi anak soleh,pintar,sayang keluarga dan berbakti kpd negara. Amiinnnn...
Suatu saat kalau keenan sudah besar,note ini mama persembahkan utk keenan. Supaya keenan tau betapa mama sayang sekali sm kamu.

Moist Carrot cake

This is by far the best carrot cake recipe by far, and believe me I have tried a few. It is no fail and super moist everytime. This recipe also includes a toffeed carrot and cream cheese icing decoration!
Ingredients
1/2 cup (125ml) olive oil
1/2 cup (90g) firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup (90g) plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bi-carbonate of soda
1/2 tsp grpund cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup firmly packed grated carrot
1/2 cup (60g) chopped walnuts

1 large carrot
3 tbsp sugar
125g cream cheese
1/3 cup (60g) icing sugar
2 green snakes

Preparation method
1. Preheat oven 180 degrees C fan forced. Lightly grease and line cake tin.

2. Combine oil, sugar and eggs in bowl and whisk to combine.

3. Sift flour, bi-carb, cinnamon & nutmeg into egg mixture. Stir in carrots and walnuts and mix all together.

4. Spoon the cake batter into tin and bake for 25 mins or until browned and skewer comes out clean.

5. Stand in tin for 10 minutes then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

6. To decorate; using a knife shape 8 small carrots out of larger one.

7. Heat 3 tbsp of sugar in pan until it melts and turns into toffee. Add baby carrots and coat. Turn out onto baking paper and refrigerate until the toffee set. Meanwhile, cut snakes to form the tops of carrots.

8. Beat cream cheese and icing sugar until well combined. Spread over the cake.

9. Place toffeed carrots and snake tops around cake.
