Sticky Date Cake

Ingredients :

600 gr Dates 
160 ml Cold Water
2 Eggs 
1 tsp Vanilla 
1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour 
1 tsp Baking Soda 
100 gr Brown Sugar 
125 gr Butter 


Method :

1. Add dates, water & brown sugar into a pot and bring it to boil.
2. Take out, add butter and baking soda, mix well 
3. Beat the eggs and add flour, dates and continue mix well. 
4. Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 45 mins.
